universities. He chairs the FIMPES Research Commission. Author or co-author of 10 books or more than 60 academic and dissemination articles. He was a Level II member of SNI. Founding editor of the Revista Mexicana de Economía y Finanzas (Mexican Magazine of Economy and Finance).
