She holds a master’s degree in information systems management and a bachelor’s degree in Management of Administrative Computer Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She is currently the director of Educational Technologies at the vice-provost office for Educational Innovation and Academic Regulations of Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has over 28 years of experience in technology applied to education and more than 18 years as a teacher in professional, postgraduate and continuing education courses. Since 1992, she has worked for Tecnológico de Monterrey in various positions, where she has participated in strategic initiatives such as the initiation of the online educational model of the Virtual University, as well as the technological design and deployment of the Community Learning Centers. She is in charge of the educational technology strategy and the deployment of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, internet of things, extended realities, telepresence and blockchain, with which Institutional projects have been deployed to support the Tecnológico de Monterrey educational models.
She has participated in national and international conferences presenting innovation projects with educational technologies and has several certifications such as ITIL Foundations, COBIT, and Teaching Skills Development Program.
She is currently leading the design and deployment of the Educational Technology Ecosystem for the Tec21 Model.
