Masha Ibeschitz is executive coach, consultant, founder and chairperson at Think Beyond – a global collective of leadership professionals. In the past 25 years, she helped thousands of leaders worldwide to tackle their individual and organisational challenges in order to make business impact happen.

Since 1996 Masha accompanied the boards of multinational corporates and highly rated start-ups as a consultant for leadership development and facilitator. She designed, delivered and evaluated extended leadership journeys together with her impact partners. Two long-term projects were prestigiously awarded in the field of leadership training programs.

Masha is known as a trusted adviser and sounding board for executives around the globe.

As a graduated Business Economist, Masha filled leadership positions in various branches and also renowned teaching positions on University level.

In 2015, Masha became the first German-speaking Kirkpatrick Facilitator. She published three best-selling books, dedicated to IMPACT on leadership and learning success. Next to Think Beyond, Masha serves as member of the advisory board at the innovation incubator Whataventure and as Chief Transfer Enabler at the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness.
